My Dell Latitude shuts off unexpectedly when going to sleep

I have a Dell Latitude with windows 7 and an core i5. It shuts down unexpectedly when I close the lid to put it to sleep and when I press the sleep button. This has been happening since monday 11/25/2013 around 5:30 pm. I scanned the whole computer multiple times using Kaspersky 2013 and it didn't detect any threats. I used system restore and it shut down unexpectedly again a few times untill I was able to somewhat restore it back but it shown me a message stating that it did not successfully restore. It detected 10 updates. I ran the update but the problem still persists. I was able to get this statement when it recovered:

    Problem signature:
    Problem Event Name: BlueScreen
    OS Version: 6.1.7601.2.1.0.256.48
    Locale ID: 1033

    Additional information about the problem:
    BCCode: 9f
    BCP1: 0000000000000003
    BCP2: FFFFFA80039B2060
    BCP3: FFFFF80000B9C3D8
    BCP4: FFFFFA8003B32230
    OS Version: 6_1_7601
    Service Pack: 1_0
    Product: 256_1

Files that help describe the problem:
    C:\Windows\Minidump\112713-65504-01.dmp

Any help will be appreciated. Also I disabled windows gadget platform since Microsoft is discontinuing them.
