BSOD Roughly 20 mins apart. screen gets all pixalated then crashes.

Hello guys, I'm having a very annoying problem recently. My computer will freeze up and my screen will get really pixelated all different types of colors then restarts. It doesn't matter if I'm playing a game or just browsing the web =( and now its doing it too often ughh. Please any help will be greatly appreciated!

    Hi soulbells.

Test your RAM modules for possible errors.
How to Test and Diagnose RAM Issues with Memtest86+
Run memtest for at least 8 passes, preferably overnight.
If it start showing errors/red lines, stop testing. A single error is enough to determine that something is going bad there.

Stress test the Graphics Card using Furmark.

The zip you uploaded does not contain any crash dump, but this info is available from the event log:
    Event[8550]:
    Log Name: System
    Source: Microsoft-Windows-WER-SystemErrorReporting
    Date: 2013-11-30T01:34:48.000
    Event ID: 1001
    Task: N/A
    Level: Error
    Opcode: N/A
    Keyword: Classic
    User: N/A
    User Name: N/A
    Computer: SoulBells-PC
    Description:
The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x00000124 (0x0000000000000000, 0xfffffa800d1af028, 0x00000000be200000, 0x0000000000011136). A dump was saved in: C:\Windows\MEMORY.DMP. Report Id: 113013-9375-01.
A stop 0x124 means a hardware error, mostly, and the first parameter is all zero, that means which hardware is causing the issue is undetermined.

If it is a new computer, you ask for a replacement.
