Laptop not getting proper shutdown or restart

i have lenovo g580 and using windows 8.1
from last few days i'm unable to shutdown or restart my lappy. Whenever i do this its screen goes black but the LED does goes off and after that nothing happens even on pressing power button. Everytime to get out of this i have to remove battery and reinsert it to get the pc on.
So i installed whocrashed.exe and find out the error adn it shows it that the causing problem is ntoskrnl.exe

so i have uploaded my minidump files here..........

    Hi nscharan007.

Apparently the issue is network related, and the Broadcom WiFi is failing.
    Code:
    ffffd000`361e0d88 fffff800`0318fe60Unable to load image \SystemRoot\system32\DRIVERS\bcmwl63a.sys, Win32 error 0n2
*** WARNING: Unable to verify timestamp for bcmwl63a.sys
*** ERROR: Module load completed but symbols could not be loaded for bcmwl63a.sys
     bcmwl63a+0x2c0e60
And this is all about the related info: Broadcom WLAN Driver (Inbox) for Windows 8.1 (32-bit, 64-bit) - Lenovo G480(2184, 20149), G580(2189, 20150), G780

As per it, you have the proper driver installed.
    Code:
    fffff800`04672000 fffff800`04e9e000 bcmwl63a T (no symbols)
        Loaded symbol image file: bcmwl63a.sys
        Image path: \SystemRoot\system32\DRIVERS\bcmwl63a.sys
        Image name: bcmwl63a.sys
        Timestamp: Sat Jun 01 10:29:47 2013 (51A97FC3)
        CheckSum: 00824B06
        ImageSize: 0082C000
        Translations: 0000.04b0 0000.04e4 0409.04b0 0409.04e4
And no other driver is available to download.

In this situation, bettter you contract the windows 8 experts in BSOD Crashes and Debugging - Windows 8 Forums .... they must have an idea about what to do in this stage.
