Windows Explorer Crashing Problem, Please Help!

I'm new to the forums and am looking for some helpful advice for my problem, although not that major. Everytime i right click My Computer > Manage, windows explorer crashes and restarts, any help on fixing this problem would be greatly appreciated

one line is you got is comctl32.dll but my faulty line was ntxx.dll but I disabled one line that seem to be cause crashing and it seem working ok via this software so you may check again if need to disable any lines.

I cant remember when did the problem start, probably 2 months back, whenever i exit a windows broswer, windows explorer would crash and restart, problem is it can't diagnose the error and disabling third party services in msconfig isn't helping either. Please advise and thanks in advance.
