FIFA 14 wont start all of a sudden after bsod - 0x03f90040

Hello guys,

Need your help.

I was playing FIFA 14 when I all of a sudden out of nowhere got a BSOD. This has never happened before and now I cant play FIFA 14 - as soon as it starts loading it closes down and goes back to my desktop menu. All my other games on Origin works just fine. I have tried uninstalling the game, reinstalling Netframe, reinstalling graphics drivers, doing a SFC scan & repair but nothing works. When I go into my Event Viewer - I get this information about the error:
