BSOD - ntoskrnl.exe "driver power state failure" at shutdown

I'm getting a BSOD pretty much every time I shutdown the PC. Has only just started happening in the last couple of weeks.

    DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE
    caused by driver: ntoskrnl.exe

I've attached the SFDiagnostic here - thanks.

    Hi thedriver.

The BSODs are caused by REALTEK 2832U USB Driver (c:\windows\system32\drivers\rtl2832uusb.sys)

Unfortunately I am unable to search an appropriate update for you. I hope you know the sources to get it, as you are using it.

If you can, update the driver. Otherwise, dont use it.

    Thanks Arc, much appreciated.
This driver is from my DVB quad tuner card. I reinstalled the driver but am still getting the same issue. Is it possible the tuner itself is actually faulty or is it definitely the driver?

It is the driver. It fails to change the power state as the computer is doing; and so the BSOD is occurring.

The device becomes faulty in turn, as it is being driven by an appropriate driver.
