Windows 7: BSOD during shut off

BSOD during shut off

Suddenly , when i shut off my pc, i get BSOD , and the computer restart. i recieve the following messages

Can you safely disable and remove them and see if you continue receiving BSOD

The BSOD appearing sometimes, not always, 1-2 times a year, but i cannot find what causes every time . I will disable them but i think it will appear again sometime in the future suddenly.

If they do, you may grab all and upload the new logs.
