Frequent BSOD - Kernel Data Inpage Error - Minidump Failure

I've been experiencing a BSOD every 10-60 minutes for the past few days. The error is always a KERNEL_DATA_INPAGE_ERROR (0xC000000E, or STATUS_NO_SUCH_DEVICE). It switches between referring to ntfs.sys or win32k.sys and hangs on initializing disk for crash dump but no crash dump is created.

I've made no driver changes or hardware changes in over a year.
I've tested my RAM with memtest.exe and it came out clean.
I've tried dskchk on the SSD holding my boot OS and it came out clean.
I've tried reseating all components.
I've tried stress testing my graphics card and CPU for 30 minutes but no crash resulted.
I've tried replacing the SATA and power cables connecting the drives.

At this point would it be fair to assume the issue is with my motherboard and that it requires replacement or are there any other possibilities I should be investigating?

I've also tried testing the paging file, setting paging file to zero and rebooting, then setting the paging file back to automatic and rebooting. I experienced the crash with the paging file off and again when it was returned.

I can confirm that my system is set to create crash dumps as it's able to do so when I force a crash using notmyfault, but when I do so the crash dump only provides notmyfault as the cause.
