Media Center PC random reboots and sometimes bsod

My HTPC randomly reboots and occasionally blue screens. Sometimes the system goes several weeks with no problem, and other times it may reboot and bsod multiple times in one day. I have the following hardware:

I7 860 CPU
Dh55tc mobo (Intel)
4 GB ram
Evga gt 430 graphics card
Samsung 128gb sad drive for is
WD green 2tb drive for recordings
Ceton infinite 4 pcie

I have updated all drivers to the latest versions. I ran memtest for several hours with no errors reported. The system is not over clocked. Additionally, the power supply and ssd are new. The same problem existed before these components were replaced. I was able to capture a bsod report from the last time it happened. I have attached it.
