It appears to be some sort of hardware issue; but which hardware is failing is undetermined.

Free up the startup. Windows does not need any other program to auto start with it, but the auto start programs often conflicts and causes various problems including BSODs.

Computer hangs for a short period and then resumes
I have been having this problem for about a year now where my computer hangs for a few seconds and then resumes. During the 'freeze', I can still move my mouse, but programs stall or won't open until the freeze is 'over'. If there is a media player playing, it'll freeze and loop the audio or just...

I just rebuilt my system (Win7 Pro 64 bit) and everything has been functioning correctly for about two day. Now, when my computer resumes from sleep mode, my resolution defaults to 600 x 800 and says it...

Sleep constantly resumes
I keep hoping that my problem will be resolved in each build, but no. What happens is that when I put my PC to sleep, it happily does that. Everything switches off correctly. But, a few seconds later, it wakes up and goes into the login screen. Works perfectly OK in Vista. Anyone any ideas? ...
