    my minidumps are no longer saving on my desktop, i have searched in windows minidumps and they are not there, and my settings place them on my desktop but they dont show

    do you need the minidump to find out what caused the bsod? hidclass.sys?

    sad times, i updated my bios from ver 1200 to 2204 and now it freezes when i try and boot up in safe mode? little bits of red and blue appears on the upper part of the screen when i do

    Do you know how to update teh BIOS? Are you aware of the risk that a little wrong step or a single interpretation will convert the motherboard to a brick?

    Why you tried to update the BIOS at your own? Do you know how to flash it back to the earlier version?

    If not, take the computer to a technician, describe the situation to him and ask him to do a flashback for you.
