BSOD while alt tabbing or exiting dota 2

This is an indigenous issue of switchable graphics.

When you are in game, the dedicated GPU is in use. When you alt+tab or exit, the integrated GPU comes to force. Whenever the integrated GPU comes in action, the computer BSODs.

The ideal course of action in this situation is to boot into the BIOS, to order the computer to use the dedicated GPU only and to perform a clean reinstall them.

As you are reluctant to do it, do these ......

Install Service pack 1 and all other windows updates. Otherwise the system will remain vulnerable to threats.

Update Intel HD graphics 4000 from https://downloadcenter.intel.com/Det...+4000&lang=eng

Install NVIDIA DRIVERS 314.22WHQL
