BSOD playing video games, error 0x0000003d

Hello, I've been getting this BSOD lately and having trouble figuring out the cause. This happens while I am playing a video game, game doesn't have to be specific. I have done memtest, chkdsk, and a virus scan with malwarebytes and found no issues.

I'm also getting "The following fatal alert was generated: 40. The internal error state is 252." repeated a lot in the event viewer and occasionally "Service 'WMPNetworkSvc' did not start correctly because CoCreateInstance(CLSID_UPnPDeviceFinder) encountered error '0x80004005'. Verify that the UPnPHost service is running and that the UPnPHost component of Windows is installed properly."

I don't know if this would be the cause and I can't figure out what to do to stop the error messages. Any help would be appreciated, thanks.
