Multiple BSOD, now Startup repair stuck

I apologize if this is the wrong forum for this message, please move if necessary.

Alright, I'm not sure if these two issues are related or not, but I decided to include just in case. Between last night and this morning, I had a total of 3 BSOD, I did not get the error numbers from the first two as I was asleep when they happened. The third BSOD had this information under the technical information "STOP: 0x0000000F4 (0x0000000000000003, 0xFFFFFA8007465B30, 0xFFFFFA8007365E10, 0xFFFFF800031D77B0", again I'm not sure if this information is relevant at all, I figured that I would provide everything I had.

Then this morning I was able to start my computer normally and use it for a few hours. After coming back to it after it sat for a bit, it was completely frozen, so I did turned it off by holding down the power button. When I went to turn it back on, it got stuck on one of the start screens for much longer than normal. I did another hard reset and now I'm stuck in this situation. When I try to start now, I have the option between starting the start-up repair or starting windows normally. When I chose the start-up repair, it goes through a few loading screens and then gets stuck at a screen that looks like the background screen of when I log it. It just sits at that screen and nothing pops up. If I try to start Windows normally, it gets stuck at a loading screen and I can't do anything either.

I can't get it into safe mode when it boots, it just goes back to the "start-up repair/start Windows normally" screen. When looking for solutions to this problem, many have suggested to use a system repair disk. When I boot from the disk, it goes through the normal start-up screens, and then gets stuck at the same screen from when I try to do the start-up repair. I would greatly appreciate if anyone could help me out of this problem. Have a great day.

REboot and tap the F12 key to boot into Dell Utility partition to run full Diagnostics. This will tell you the status of the hardware. Dell Hardware Diagnostics from F12 Menu

If this fails or freezes, boot into BIOS setup to Reset to Defaults: Clear CMOS - 3 Ways to Clear the CMOS - Reset BIOS.

If hardware passes work through the steps for Troubleshooting Windows 7 Failure to Start
which try everything that can be done to start Win7 leading up to if necessary rescuiing your files to run Dell Windows 7 PC Restore or do the vastly superior Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7

I ran the diagnostic like you said, I keep getting "Error Code: 0F00:1344" on many different blocks. I have not done the other things you told me to do yet.

Make sure you did the full test on the HD from the Utility Partition. Try doing the other tests too because there may be multiple issues.

If the full test confirms the error, Backup your files to replace the HD. If you're under warranty Dell will replace it. You can find replacements on the Dell Support page for your Service Tag number, then compare by googling your make/model + replace hard drive.

The best replacement is an SSD which is the best performance boost you could give your PC.

The Service Manual showing how to replace HD is on the Dell Support Downloads webpage for your tag #. You may also be able to google a video on it for your model.

Once you've plugged it in do a Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7.

To go along with the error code from my previous post, from the full scan I got these error codes.
Error code 1B63:1B1B
Error code 0F00:1A32
Error code 0F00:1232
Error code 0F00:0444
Error code 0F00:0432
Error code 0F00:0244
Error code 0F00:1344

I'm guessing all these errors mean that my hard drive has gone bad. I have started transferring files off of the hard drive so I don't lose anything. As for replacing my hard drive, I'm not entirely positive how to make sure that the hard drive will fit and be compatible withthe rest of my hardware. Are there any resources I can refer to before I buy a new hard drive? Thank you so much for all of your help, you have saved me so much time and frustration.
