n bios usually there is a hardware monitor section or a general section with voltages on it. Dell may have chosen not to show that, but according to the HWinfo you posted yesterday and the Speccy you posted today, your power supply is not putting out the required voltage. You will get an accurate reading if you can find it in bios. ATX standards are +/-5% of the rated voltage. This is from the Speccy you posted today

I'm assuming that Dell has altered the BIOS before shipping as I can't find the voltage info anywhere. Is there a way to enable such a thing on BIOS by doing something, or is there not, because I'm clueless now, but I do think my PSU is not operating at optimal efficiency, as would explain the BSOD's.
