Windows 7: BSOD not specific to loading but always within 5 min of cold start

8 GB memory installed, current BSOD within SF diag report.

memtest86 ran on 8 GB memory....passed no errors.

instresting, when I just fired it up I got a safe mode sorta bootup but at the 1980x1024 normal setting and a windows error window saying something like tried to start win remote something but pointed at a location not available on my HD.
I restarted and it went normal.

Whatever, went to the AMD chip and board and no more BSOD's.....
