Regular BSOD on Shutdown

Hi, folks. I've been getting a BSOD on shutdown for a while now. It only happens when shutting down. At first it was merely occasional, but lately it's happening practically every time. Oddly, this happened on my previous desktop so I'm wondering if a program or USB peripheral I'm still using from my old computer is to blame.

Attached is my SF Diagnostic Tool zip file. And my Windows "unexpected shutdown" screen reads:

Problem signature:
Problem Event Name: BlueScreen
OS Version: 6.1.7601.2.1.0.768.3
Locale ID: 1033

Additional information about the problem:
BCCode: 1000007e
BCP1: FFFFFFFFC0000005
BCP2: FFFFF88000EC79DB
BCP3: FFFFF8800B35A688
BCP4: FFFFF8800B359EE0
OS Version: 6_1_7601
Service Pack: 1_0
Product: 768_1

Files that help describe the problem:
C:\Windows\Minidump\011114-9016-01.dmp
C:\Users\Dan\AppData\Local\Temp\WER-119106-0.sysdata.xml

Probably caused by : partmgr.sys ( partmgr!PmPower+d4 )

Followup: MachineOwner

Please unlug any USB devices (with the exception of mouse & keyboard) and shutdown and reboot to see whether this is the cause.

Also, I recommend replacing Mcafee with MSE -- Macafee is often the cause of BSOD's.

Thanks for the reply. I have a strong suspicion about McAfee and this issue. Is MSE the preferred antivirus of this forum?

Insofar as avoiding BSOD's is concerned, most definately.
