Both dmps are BugCheck 1a's - unfortunately quite diffuclt to diagnose.

If the RAM test returns no errors, try this:

1. Click Start
2. In the search box, type cmd
3. In the list that appears, right-click on cmd.exe and choose Run as administrator
4. In the command window that opens, type sfc /scannow and hit enter.

Report the output from the command window once it finishes.

Ok thanks I will do that, the memtest is still running from last night. Looked at it this morning and saw it was only at pass 3.

Just got home, its been running for 17 hours and its on pass 6. Seems like it has slowed down, is this normal for 16gb of ram?

SFC scan was fine.

"Beginning system scan. This process will take some time.

Beginning verification phase of system scan.
Verification 100% complete.

Windows Resource Protection did not find any integrity violations."

The memtest86+ 8 pass found no errors either. I am just gonna guess that this particular ram has some stability problems since it is 1866mhz rated ram.
