BSOD: 0xc000000f Unable to repair windows

Good Afternoon Everyone,

Yesterday I had left my computer on and while I was away, the screen turned off, as normal. When I returned my entire desktop was empty except for the recycle bin. Assuming some weird error, I attempted a restart and since then I have been unable to start up windows.

My system:
ASUS G73sw
Windows 7 home premium 64 bit
2.0ghz quad core
12gb RAM
256gb SSD primary drive
500gb HDD secondary

The error is a 0xc000000f.
Here is the complete message I get everytime I start up my computer.

Boot Manager:
Windows failed to start. A recent hardware of software change might be the cause. To fix the problem:

1.Insert your Windows installation disc and restart the computer.
2.Choose your language settings, and then click "Next".
3.Click "Repair your computer."

If you do not have this disc, contact your system administrator or computer manufacturer for assistance.

Status: 0xc000000f

Info: The boot selection failed because a required device is inaccessible.

I made a bootable usb drive using ZOTAC winusb Maker. I can load the usb drive and I attempted a repair but it did not succeed. I am hesitant to try a fresh install of windows because I'm afraid of losing my data. Most of my stuff is on my secondary drive but if possible, I'd like to keep the data on my SSD.
Will a fresh install keep my data? Any help would be much appreciated. Thank you!

Edit: I ran a checkdisk from the command prompt and my primary SSD was ok. The secondary ran through but then was stuck on 11% when checking the free space.

Edit 2: The hard drives are both ok. I loaded up my previous primary harddrive to attempt to get some data off of my solid state drive, but was unable to access the files. It seems to me I'm going to need a fresh windows install. I would prefer to not lose my data considering I have a lot of previously written papers for college and such. Any ideas would be much appreciated.

Edit 3: After swapping my harddrives back into their proper locations, I decided to try to repair the drive again. This time it took much longer than before, and about the time I assumed my computer was frozen, it finished. Windows loaded with the exception of my desktop background picture. So it seems the problem is gone for now. So, I guess this thread can be closed. Thanks for making me figure it out on my own. =)

It is not a BSOD as appears. That code is not a bugcheck code but an ntstatus code. It means: STATUS_NO_SUCH_FILE. {File Not Found} The file %hs does not exist.

That means the computer is failing to access the boot files anyhow.
