BSOD at random times or while trying to run 3Dmark

Hello
i have an asus K53S i5 2450M 2.50 ghz , 6 gb of ram and nvidia 610M 2gb
a month agp my laptop was working perfectly , and suddenly out of nowhere , preformance went down , low fps at games , general laggs ( not always ) and i feel that the fans make more noise now ( not sure )
and then i started getting BSOD

i tried many many things but nothing helped please help

note : when i get BSOD it says : nvlddmkm.sys
and when pc opens it gives me this message

Update your Windows fully. Then when you get a BSOD again, run this bat file.

i fully updated windows( and this actually made the condition worse ) and opened the bat file . what else ?
