Nope, Tried both version 5.3.1 and version 4.2 both burned to disc, both install on a USB stick on problems from either my Pc or brother laptop. Neither would boot, but the windows disc would boot, so I know its not an hardware issue.

I did through Windows memory tester program one scam took 4 hours!! but it not find any issues. Typical!!! I will re run it over the night at infinite mode, until the morning.

I downloaded V 4.20 USB installer from the link I gave you just now and installed it to a USB drive. It works just fine. There is no problem with the program.

Tried installing onto the USB again, but nothing. I attached a "printscreen" of the drive, I don't think it put on all the files..

I don't understand why it wont work... I download it from the website on a hard drive, used the .exe file to create the bootable files on the usb stick, restarted computer to boot from it and nothing.... ??????? W T F.

Anyway .

Had two crashes today.
One being: SPECIAL_POOL_DETECTED_MEMORY_CORUPTION 0x0C1
(0xFFFFF980377A4FCO, 0xFFFFF980377A4544, 0x000000000B4048, 0X0000000000000032)

AND
IRRQ_NOT_lESS_OR_EQUAL 0X0A
(0X000000000000014, 0X000000000000002, 0X0000000000000001, 0Xffff8000300FF1F)

Latest dump is here https://onedrive.live.com/redir?resi...hint=folder%2c under dump.zip

I do need to get the sorted in some sort of order, but there are all there.

You don't need to upload everything to onedrive.
Just Kernel Memory Dumps.

Anyway the Kernel Memory Dump was corrupt and I am struggling to find anything on the second one.
You mention 0xC1 bugchecks, can you upload the dump file for that as it indicates a driver is causing issues.

Well can you just run the DM log collector and upload everything directly to SF.

Go to Memtest86+ - Advanced Memory Diagnostic Tool and download this file

Attachment 318763

It is a .ZIP file. Extract it and you should get this icon

Attachment 318764

open it, select the drive letter of your USB flash drive and check the box next to it to format the USB drive and click next. It will install it to the USB. Boot from the USB Flash drive and Memtest will automatically start running. Let it run for 8 full passes or until you get an error. If you get an error, stop the test by hitting the escape key.

GOT It, I had to go through the BIOS with a fine tooth comb and change some of the settings. Bloody BIOs Update. Ran memtest and windows memory Diagnostic over night, and had no issues.

But at the same time the Bios does like to be over clocked any more, need to find the over clocking settings for an I7 920.

I've also reloaded my copy of Advanced System Optimizer, and ran once and so far its found 18 out of date or missing drivers. Lets how it goes now!

Can one know what the setting would be to over clock the I7 920 again, lost them when updated BIOS. X

I don't recommend using 3rd party software to update drivers automatically as they can install buggy drivers or even wrong ones.
Don't overclock whilst you are having BSOD issues, leave it at stock until the issues have gone.

Claude71, I agree 100% with Thedoctor44, I never recommend programs like that, nor does anyone on this site as far as I know. Windows 7 does a pretty good job of taking care of itself and programs like that which mess with system files and the registry only cause problems.

I also agree about the overclocking. As you can see from the badge below my signature, I am not opposed to overclocking, if done right. In fact, I am overclocked right now. But, if you cannot get your system stable at stock settings, no overclock will ever be stable.

Please explain how you ran Windows memory diagnostic and memtest86 overnight. You can't run both at the same time and it will take you 12 hours or so to run 8 complete passes of Memtest with 12 GB of ram. My backup rig has 8 GB of ram and it takes it 9.5 hours to run memtest86 for 8 Passes. According to your system specs, you have 12 GB of ram so it will take you considerably longer to run the 8 passes.
