BSOD Stop : 0X000000ED

Hi, I can't start windows. Windows asks whether normally, safe mode etc then displays windows the strating screen. During this, a blue screen quickly appears and dissappears and the pc restarts. This process just repeats. A friend told me i could install windows 7 ultimate so I downloaded windows ultimate and put it on a usb so i could boot my laptop with it but i don't know how to do it

This is the error

STOP 0x000000ED: UNMOUNTABLE_BOOT_VOLUME

First test your HDD using Seatools for DOS.
