BSOD after exiting games

Hello everyone, first time poster, though I do wish I didn't have to =p

I am generally an avid PC gamer, and play games on Steam on my custom built PC. Lately, I have been getting BSODs after exiting games. This does not happen every time, and the game seems to vary. The three times it has happened in the past two days occurred from Path of Exile, Hearthstone, and Darksiders.

The dump files seem to indicate that it could either be ntoskrnl.exe or cdd.dll, which is not terribly helpful. Yesterday I updated my video card drivers to the latest NVIDIA (332.21) to see if it might help, but it just happened today after exiting Darksiders.

Nothing hardware related has been changed for a year plus, nor any recent driver installations besides the NVIDIA one, having difficulty identifying what at all has changed.

I have attached a ZIP with the required diagnostic files. I have also attached a text file with the messages that WhoCrashed gave me regarding the 3-4 dump files I have.

Thank you in advance for any help you may provide

I will take a look at that. In the mean time, can anyone confirm that via the dump files?

Apologies for the repeated self-replies, but just wanted to report that I tried running sfc /scannow, and it returned no errors.

Bump, would be very helpful for someone to look at the logs to see what kind of problem I am dealing with. Should I be running Memtest to check the RAM?

Not yet, I was attempting to run MemTest first, then I will give it a try. Though I am not sure it will help, the problem has only been happening for about a week, and I've had drivers after 314.22 installed for quite a long time.

Unfortunately it just happened again, after rolling back to 314.22 like suggested. Blue screen gave me a SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION error. Generated new logs/dumps and attached again.
