Thanks for the additional info. Maybe those that work the BSOD threads will stop by to help out. I just noticed that your system specs did not mention very much info - so I asked for some of the stuff that others might need to help you.

Can you please run a disk check to scan for errors. Follow these instructions.

Disk Check

Can you then download and run seatools for windows to see if your HDD is failing. Follow these instructions.

Probably caused by : Ntfs.sys ( Ntfs!NtfsFindPrefixHashEntry+1fe )

I have my suspicions about a virus related issue.
Please run your anti virus with the full scan setting. Then can you please download and run malwarebytes.

Malwarebytes | Free Anti-Malware & Internet Security Software

If all of the above come clean then can you please run driver verifier to see if a driver is causing problems.
Follow these instructions.

I've run chkdsk and a (not seatools but wd's version iirc) hd scanning tool before with a long test that took over 2 hours and it came back clean.

I've got latest updated MSE and malwarebytes and both come back clean

I've just enabled driver verifier.

The virus thing doesn't quite make sense if Ive had the thing freeze in the bios though right?

ah sorry about that, I must have missed it.

Have you tried running stress tests on your CPU and Graphics Card?
If not then please run Prime95 and Furmark from these links.

hmm, will attempt to do so. since I enabled driver verifier its bluescreened twice on restarts (as Windows is loading up with the 4 dots spiral in that form the Windows flag logo), and for some reason I don't have internet access when connected wielessly to the router (although I do from my phone which I'm posting from now).

possibly related or coincidence?

Boot into safe mode, if there are any more dump files then upload them. It could be network driver related. That's a strange one because I never installed my network driver because I'm switching to a wired connection.

Disabled verifier and rebooted, no crashes, internet connection loaded right away. I want to note that before I was able to connect to the router, just didn't have internet access.

Perhaps its the wireless network card itself? In regards to drivers loading, such a thing wouldn't have loaded when just simply in the bios right? I'll go back over how to make a dump file and get uploading them, its been a while since I posted this thread and the dump file is probably massive by now.

here are the most recent dumplogs

as you can see there are some pretty big distances between the dump logs, and then a whole bunch.. thats the biggest conundrum to me. its all over the place :\

EDIT::

comp doesn't last more than a few seconds running prime95 before a lockup or bsod. last one was a bad pool header.

The fact that your computer crashes pretty much straight away when running Prime95 is a very strong indication that your CPU is failing. I would replace it as soon as possible.

BSOD at seemingly random times, memory dump blaming random drivers
