Multiple BSODs usually from nlvddmkm.sys

Cannot figure out why I keep getting BSODs. Happens randomly, but the majority of them are with video playing or video games playing. Got frustrated and reformatted my computer to get rid of the problem. BSOD's stopped for a week or two and then started back up again. I have seen many posts like this, citing nlvddmkm.sys problems. Most of them are fixed by uninstalling the graphic driver, than using driver fusion, followed by a re-install of newest nvidia driver. I actually tried this last night, but still ended up crashing 3 times in about an hour while trying to play Battlefield 4. Also, sometimes I use dual monitors while watching youtube videos, as in the one monitor is cloned so they both show the same screen. It seems that whenever I use the dual monitors, the BSODs are much much more frequent than when watching video on a single monitor. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Attaching some minidump files for anyone interested in helping. Thank you in advance for your time and any help you can give =).

Followed the BSOD posting instructions, edited this post so I could upload the results from the SF Diagnostic tool.

I ran the Furmark Stress test using the recommended settings. The card ran fine, the temperature maxed out around 83-84 Celsius. Was running at 21 FPS everytime I checked on it. I let the test run for about an hour with no crashes or artifacts showing up. Could not find any log file from the furmark stress test. If one is needed I will re-run the test and try to get it to log the results.

Yes, it is the display driver failing, with different bugcheck codes.

Let us know the result.

The driver is the latest one. So, before suggesting any alteration to the driver, we need to see some other things of your system. So post it following the Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) Posting Instructions.
