Press F2 when starting memtest86+ version 5.01 to use all of your CPU cores, it'll run a bit faster.
I've seen some reports of MemTest86+ freezing on test #7 when using all CPU cores (see MemTest86+ forum). I would recommend not using that method for the time being. It may take longer, but at least you get a result.

    Hello,

Thanks for the tip Britton :) I have ran the first module in the first DIMM slot and got an error during the second pass, about to test the second module in the first DIMM slot.

EDIT: Just saw Goldens post about the cores, I'll leave it with one core for the next test.

    Thanks,

    Hello,

Just checked back on memtest, 9 passes with no errors. I guess this means that DIMM module #1 is faulty and I should get an RMA? Should I also run prime 95 again to confirm that the memory was the problem? (this time with only the 1 good module?)

    Thanks,
    Aiid0z

No its not necessary to test with Prime95 - check the remaining RAM, and RMA the faulty ones.
