    Hi James R 909.

    Disabling hibernate will be good for you. And hibernate is not a must for a desktop.

    Also Install Service pack 1 and all other windows updates. Otherwise the system will remain vulnerable to threats.
    Code:
    BugCheck A0, {b, bd867000, 3, 10c27000}

    Probably caused by : ntkrnlmp.exe ( nt!PopWriteHiberPages+a3 )

    Thanks ARC, thought hibernate was disabled...it's disabled now. Installed newest video drivers and going to install SP1 for W7 now as well.
    I'll let you know...it's hard to trouble shoot as sometimes it runs 6-8hrs without a problem, then other times it does this in one hour...<sigh>

    Give it some more time. At least a few days.

    Thanks ARC for the help, I re-installed Windows, removed a bad DDR stick and applied SP1 with latest drivers...everything is good now...

    You rock!
