    BSOD: page fault in nonpaged area


    Hello, I bought a new computera last week and it has been throwing BSODs at random times, around 2-3 times a week, with no apparent reason.

    The error I get is PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA, win32k.sys.

    I'm uploading the diagnostics I got from the SD diagnostic tool.

    Please, I'm desperate, I don't know how to solve this...

    Welcome to SF tcboni :).


    First step is updating to Service Pack 1:




    Let us know how the system holds after the update.

    Hi there, so far it's been a full day and no BSODs, yey! I updated to Service Pack 1 and installed the rest of the drivers that came with my motherboard's CD. Everything seems to be holding up, but I'll post again here if I run into any troubles.
