Ataport.sys BSOD Error - Windows 7 64-bit

I've been on here before with BSOD issues and thanks to the people that helped me out back then, I was able to fix that BSOD error with your help. Apologies for not bumping that thread and saying so.

Ah, so now, I have recently been getting another BSOD... this time the error is "ATAPORT.SYS". This has happened twice this month and once last month, no dump files were created. The BSOD have been pretty random as before, so yeah. Listening to music, browsing the web, playing a game, ect. That's when it has happened. What is this BSOD usually caused by? I know it could be a number of things seeing as it's a BSOD but could it be hardware related?

I know how to upload the dump files on here, but as already stated, none are created after the BSOD. How can I correct this so they will be created next time I am hit with a BSOD?

Appreciate any help, thanks in advanced to anybody that will even help me out with this.

-Regards.

Ah, I see. Thank you.

I used this program the other day actually and I tested both RAM sticks separately... I only did them for one 1 pass though, I think. No errors.

I'll test this out again first thing in the morning and let both sticks have 8 passes this time.
