    BSOD ntoskernel.exe blue screen

    Hai,

I'm getting a random blue screen of death lately. I'm not sure how because I haven't installed any programs lately. It mostly is when I start up my computer it happends about 5 minutes after that and it says MULTIPLE_IRP_REQUESTS.

I've used bluescreenviewer to see what was causing this and it was ntoskernel.exe and later mcupdate.Genuineintel.dll

Does anyone know what's causing this?

    thank you :)

    Edit:
I'm using Windows 8 64 bits, I'm thinking this was caused by Intel (which I had before) I have a Intel i7 in my laptop and a Intel intergrated HD graphics card along with a Nvidia 760 graphics card and 8GB's of RAM.

    Additional information is required.

    1. Download this .BAT file to your desktop

    Download

    2. Right-click the .BAT file and 'Run as Administrator'
    3. Locate the .ZIP file created on your desktop, and upload it here in your next reply.

Uninstall Norton completely (I think its interfering with Hamachi) and use Windows Defender as your primary AV:
