No, I should have said run in Sensors Only mode and scroll down to the section in this snip, it shows the PSU values. You may have something different than Nuvoton.

Can you look at latest mini also, thanks.

Also got errors 0x3B and 0x50 again. Will upload dumps when available.
sezan1, at this point dump checking is not anything significant job. You have to point out the failing hardware component and replacement it.

    • RAM
    • GPU
    • Any other PnP (PCI, PCIe or USB device)
    • CPU
    • PSU
    • Motherboard

    Nothing more is left.

If tests does not show anything, then the way that is remaining is to remove the hardware components, and replace the essential hardware components with good ones.

So, concentrate on tests, not on uploading crash dumps.

EDIT: Pay attention to post #74.

Done Britton, hi Arc I understand that, I sill take my desktop to a repair shop , maybe pcworld or another one and getting the psu tester done on it, ruling that out leaves the motherboard only right?.
I have told the people I bought the desktop from, still no reply yet. I think I may have to take them to court if they refuse to do anything.. Seems like they offer 1 year manufactury warrant till something goes wrong. Total fraud if they don't do anything about it.

Thank you, at the moment in time your PSU voltages are all fine. The auxiliary temp, whatever it is, is VERY high, 198C! I don't know what it is and may well not be accurate.

Yeah it sounds like the sellers are a piece of crap.

Heh all I need is concrete proof, tbh its all pointing to hardware like I was saying!. Just need more info Heh I have no idea what auxiliary temp is either.

Yep they sure are, first blamed my windows 7 installation disc, they replaced the windows with their version, still same problems 0x1A etc, told them, the manager came of the phone blaming my game - league of legends. lol... So I reinstalled windows using my version cause of 0x7b as they charged me £35 but didn't give me their cd. Still same problems, it happens browsing, nevermind league of legends, tried a different game too, 9dragons.

So yea, they are definitely getting pulled up into court about it if they don't do anything!

I would demand a brand new replacement. The one they sold you is no good.

If you got it from eBay write up a very poor review stating how they've treated you, eBay sellers don't like bad reviews even if they are honest ones.

Heh I will do, it was pretty obvious from the start it was hardware, in my eyes anyway. I just made it more confusing with IRQL d1 errors and 0x0A errors due to disabling realtek hd audio, thats completely gone and back onto 0x1a-14278 < not sure if that was correct numbers lol, which has happened on all installs, = hardware lol.

    good news ~

    Hi,

After speaking to my manager he decided to do the collection and once we receive it back we’ll send you another brand new PC, hopefully this sorts out the issue and make you happy.

Please advise which date is suitable for collection.

Looking forward to hear from you

    Best Regards

Now how do I know that they won't try send me the same desktop? lol.
Talk about low trust, but really .. can I trust them? lol.
