Problem with half my System

Hi,

first of all sorry for my probably not so good english, but english is not my mother tongue,

secondly sorry for the not so detailed topic descriptio but i do not know how to describe it better.

I have Win 7 Ultimate OEM

and these are my problems which i have since a couple of days:

• i cannot open any programs which tries to connect with the internet liek internet explorer, firefox or thunderbird - if i click on these icons i only get a loding cursor and then nothing happens
• my tool for my wifi stick (Fritz!Wlan usb stick) tells me it is connected to my routerand gives me an ip address - it tells me through a speech bubble from the tray icon and if i open the fritz!wlan software it is displayed there too
• if i try to open the network center in the control panel it does nothing - it seems to load and nothing happens - same problem with many other options in the control panel
• the event viewer tells me this
  
  • UPnP-Devicehost isdependent from the Service SSDP-Discovery service and cound be started
  • Service SSDP-Discovery couldn't be startet correctly
  
  
• if i open Services the ssdp-Discovery Servic tells me "is going to be started" and i cannot change anything
• there is no problem in the device manager

first appearance of this problem was one or two weeks ago - but after a reboot everything was fine - that only happens twice or thrice - after that no more problems. since tuesday/wednesday a reboot rarely helps - as there was also a windows update i thought this was the problem and i tried an old starting point from the system recovery from the recovery menu if you press F8 before windows starts. it helped one time - after another reboot i had the same problems again and had to choose another recovery to be able to use it.

this is all very annoying

i would be grateful for anyone who could help me with a solution for this problem.

Also mein Problem ist folgendes seit einigen Tagen (und ich kann es nicht an etwas bestimmten ausmachen was ich seitdem getan habe):

• ich kann keine Programme öffnen die etwas mit dem Internet zu tun haben -- klicke ich auf das Icon vom Internet Explorer, Firefox oder Thundeburd sehe ich nur kurze Zeit den Ladecursor und dann passiert nix mehr
• ich habe nen avm wlan stick der sagt mir aber dass er mit dem router verbunden ist - sei es per sprechblase oder auch wenn ich dessen konsole öffne und ihn neu verbinden lasse
• will ich in ins netzwerk- und freigabecenter reingehen passier nix - der lädt und lädt und lädt und macht nix - das selbe problem bei vielen anderen menüpunkten in der systemsteuerung
• die ereignisanzeoge meldete zu den Zeitpunkten:
  
  • Der Dienst "UPnP-Gerätehost" ist vom Dienst "SSDP-Suche" abhängig, der aufgrund folgenden Fehlers nicht gestartet wurde: Der Dienst konnte nicht gestartet werden.
  • Der Dienst "SSDP-Suche" wurde nicht richtig gestartet.
  
  
• bei der SSDP-Suche stand allerdings wenn die hälfte im system nciht geht: "wird gestartet" - und man kann nichts auswählen oder so
• Im Gerätemanager wird (jetzt) kein Problem angezeigt

zuerst hatte ich das vor ner woche oder zwei schonmal, damals hat aber nen neustart geholfen und danach ging wieder alles. seit di/mi hilft das abern ur noch in den seltensten fällen.

di/mi hatte ich auch updates von windows installiert - also dachte ich zuerst das es daran liegen könnte und habe über die systemwiederherstellung einen vorherigen startpunkt wieder eingespielt (über F8 vor dem windowsstart --> reperatur (oder so ähnlich)). danach ging es wieder. nach einem neustart wieder dasselbe problem - also wieder denselben startpunkt eingespielt --> fehler beim einspielen, einen davor genommen --> ging wieder, dann aber erst wlan stick rausgenommen und autoupdatedownload ausgestellt (die sicherheitsreleavanten updates instgalliert er sowieso ungefragt) und danach wieder stick rein - nach einem neustart ohne neue updates --> fehler - daran konnte es also nicht liegen - mittlerweile musste ich nun schon mehrere male das system wieder herstellen und das nervt wenn ich ein programm/spiel halt immer wieder installieren muss und einem dann die ganzen lokalen archievments flöten gehen.

kennt jmd das problem und eine lösung dazu?

i meant system restore with system recovery (didn't know the english name) but it only works once and after the second system start after the restore

only thing i could try is using the first system restore i have and hope the problem doesn't appear again
