Hmm, I looked in device manager and the driver date is December 2006... Same as yours.
I guess my gut feeling could be wrong and something else is causing the problem.

lol. I don't know.
I m using the PC now for at least four hours and everything is ok. i don't know what to say.
I also burn a dvd movie with ConvertxTo DVD and everything runs ok.
So is the dump file shows enything else that i must take a look at?
Gwindor
Well this was an interesting dump. A driver (and you have some old ones from 2006) corrupted the memory stack causing the system to crash\
I think we need to find out a lot more inofrmation on your hardware.
Second if you are overclocking, STOP
Third something is causing the memory to become corrupt I would run a system file check by going to start>search>cmd>right click and run as admin> type
sfc /scannow
Let us know the results. I will bet it finds files to fix and may not be able to fix them all
Hope this helps
Ken

Thank u ken.
i run the command and here is the results.
As you expected there are some filles that cant be fixed...
What now? I havent any other BSOD yet.
Do you want to know anything else about me hardware? Is there any program that works fine with win 7 to see wich drivers are old and need to be upgraded?
Thank u in advance.
What hardware are you running?
I found that Win 7 was overriding my BIOS settings and as a result mem and CPU were not getting enough voltage.
This was with a 790i Ultra motherboard and Q9650. I altered the values using the nVidia control panel. Seems to have fixed my BSODs *touch wood*.
U can see my hardware on my signature. I don't beleive its anything hardware related because on windows Vista everything runs perfectly! Any news from the debugging or the CBS i posted?
