I'll do that. If it does some harm, then it does.. I'm just so tired to see blue, so I try anything what might help.

I'll let you know, what will happen.

And Blue Screen again when starting up cold.. There has also appeared some CHKDSK (or something like that) when starting up the computer, I have seen it two times now.

By the way, I tell you again, no BSODs in long time when computer is running and warm..

    Attached new .zip-file..

hal means Hardware Abstraction layer, an abstraction layer, implemented in software, between the physical hardware of a computer and the software that runs on that computer. Memtest finds no error there. The BIOS is up-to-date, the latest version for M4A88TD-V EVO/USB3.

Stress test the Graphics Card using Furmark.

    Stress test the CPU.
Hardware - Stress Test With Prime95

Replace the RAM to some other ones.

Let us see what happens there.

Hi kasotol, when you run Furmark, make sure you keep a close watch on Graphics card temps using a GPU monitoring program. If you don't have one you can use MSI Afterburner. All stress tests cause the temps to rise very quickly. The same with Prime95, watch your CPU temps closely. If either one get too high, stop the test.

Also could you download the diagnostic program for your hard drive manufacturer here Hard Drive Diagnostics Tools and Utilities (Storage) - TACKtech Corp. and run the short test and the long test.

Also look at option 2 in this tutorial and run this test SFC /SCANNOW Command - System File Checker
Arc is doing a great job and is giving you the right tests to run. If you have any questions, Arc will be glad to provide any instructions needed. Due to the fact that your dump files always point to memory corruption, I would consider running memtest86+ again. It needs to run for 8 passes all at one time. The test is the best we have, but can make mistakes. Also, make sure you run memtest86+. There are 2 tests memtest86 and memtest86+. Memtest86+ is the better test and the one we all use. Please be sure to run that one. I would also suggest you use version 4.20. It works better for me. I have had problems running the newer one even though it is a little newer and faster.

What there should happen if something is wrong? I ran Furmark for 10 minutes, nothing special happened, temperatures max. 79°C.

    Hi,

Did this test (4 times). It didn't run in English, but I try to translate what it says:
"Windows resource protection found corrupted files, but it could'nt fix some of them.
More info in CBS.Log -file windir\Logs\CBS\CBS.log. Example: C:\Windows\Logs\CBS\CBS.log

Have you tried the prime95 test?

We need to run this one too, in order to minimize the possibilities.
