    Thanks Golden for the reply.
    I did, as per your instructions:
    - installed MSE, and removed AVG
    - updated ATI drivers, but
    - was unable to see/check if the dxgkrnl.sys was updated through win update.

    During win update I had the next BSOD reporting problem with amdxata.sys (0x000000FC).


    Waiting for your reply, as my knowledge to fix this problem has already been exhausted.
