BSOD due to Win 7 updates.....

    BSOD due to Win 7 updates.....


    my automatic updates have caused serious problem for my win 7 PC 64 bit machine. The updates in question are KB 2982791 and 2970228.
    is there a way to safely remove or correct this issue?

    Please post the results of
    Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) Posting Instructions So we can see the files affected. It is usually the FNTCACHE.DAT file which is the fonts file.

    No problem. I'll help if I can. If it is the fontcache it is usually an easy fix.
