The computer seems to bsod while not doing anything I so expect the 3-D graphics card is the culprit that would make since to why the computer is some times booting to no video but it may also be a kernel error or driver trying to read/write to a bad memory pool I'm not sure how to check/diagnose it

Generally, it would appear that the system drivers are quite outdated. I would start with updating the BIOS, then move to check the rest of the system for updates.

Be exceptionally careful with this step - double check that it is the correct BIOS for the system, and you are 100% of how to flash/update it. One small mistake can render the notebook completely useless

Before you get to the BIOS update, I have another suggestion : scan for malware using Windows Defender Offline and Tdsskiller.

Also perform an sfc/scannow from an elevated command prompt.

'Computer' window loads on startup - How do I switch this off?
The 'Computer' window (the one that shows the hard drives on the system etc.) always loads on startup on my Windows 7 PC. I've tried switching off various startup, programs in System Configuration to see if this solves the problem but with no luck so far. Any advice would be appreciated!

BSOD: Different times/loads/uptime
Update: I noticed 322 views of the post and three views of the BSOD file. I am *not* trying to act self-entitled or bitchy, but I'm wondering why no one has responded. Please don't think I'm suggesting I deserve an immediate answer -- I'm only asking because the reason why no one has responded...
