BSOD - New computer so confused :(

Ok, this might take a while so bare with me. I bought a new computer (pieced it out) off of newegg. When everything came in I hooked everything up and tried to boot it up, it kept turning off and on over and over again. tried reseating everything, and noticed i had a bent pin on the mobo.. thought this was easy enough so i bought a new mobo at a local retailer in hopes to RMA the one from newegg and move on down the road.

I installed windows 8 first. Randomly, during idle sometimes during games I would BSOD with stuff like APC_mismatch or KMODE_XXX... I re-installed all my drivers and still was having the problem. I then decided to reinstall windows but I used windows 7 this time, everything seemed fine, but today when I got home I had BSod'd again. Below is the copy from the event viewer. I am also attaching my minidump. Is this a hardware issue? I ran memtest and it checked out (only ran 1 test) I ran a gpu test it ran fine. I ran chkdsk it ran fine.

Sorry that this is all jumbled together. Just stressed out, 1184$ into a computer that crashes

UPDATE: So, last night I ran memtest again, ran overnight so I'd say about 7-8hours and it came back with no errors. However, after I uploaded the earlier file, while I was browsing facebook I bluescreened. I looked at the dump and it said Image_Name: MEMORY CORRUPTION. Do you think it's leaning more towards a ram issue?

I am at work now but can re extract all the info for you guys and send it in as well if needed.

The first error in the dump file looks like its from the main file system that comprises windows. The memory corruption error is most likely bad ram. I would try taking all of your ram out; and then putting the sticks backs in one by one; turning the system on and then back off to see if at any point it blue screens.

I will try that, but is there a different way of testing this? Not trying to be a pain, but for example last night before I ran memtest I opened up tons and tons of programs as well as internet pages / games / music, trying to see if I could get it to blue screen under what I thought was "heavy" load, and nothing. I ran memtest with no errors then got the memory corruption replying to this thread lol, so basically no load. I guess I am just saying if I take a stick of ram out what can I do to see if it's going to blue screen? Because currently it's been random and not necessarily under load.
