Windows 7 Pro: Driver Power State Failure ntoskrnl.exe 0x9F

Hello,
I've spent days researching online - I've tried to find if I had any drivers to update by going to my Device Manager but all "update driver" results I get are the same: they are up to date.
My minidump file: https://drive.google.com/file/d/0Bz9...it?usp=sharing .

DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE
Bug check code: 0x0000009f
Parameter 1: 00000000'00000003
Parameter 2: fffffa80`07d0ba10
Caused by Driver: ntoskrnl.exe
Caused by address: ntoskrnl.exe+75bc0
File description: NT Kernel & System
Crash address: ntoskrnl.exe+75bc0

Windows 7 Professional x64 Service Pack 1
Lenozo Ideapad z500

Any help is greatly appreciated!

from the research Ive done previously etc; I do believe the ntoskrnl.exe possibly leads to ram issue. I would test the ram by running memtest86+ from the following link: its best to let it run overnight if possible and to run it several times to make certain it shows accurate results as sometimes errors wont show up right away. Here is the link to that:

Memtest86+ - Advanced Memory Diagnostic Tool

If you get any errors from the test; then its likely you have one or more bad ram sticks

There aren't any .dmp file in your attachment. These are required to analyse the BSOD.

Follow these steps:
Dump Files - Configure Windows to Create on BSOD

Then, when the system next BSOD's, follow this:

1. Download this .BAT file to your desktop
download
2. Right-click the .BAT file and 'Run as Administrator'
3. Locate the .ZIP file created on your desktop, and upload it here in your next reply.
