BSOD : Now happening Whenever Also Issues Booting Up

Hi guys I'm hoping someone smarter than I will be able to help me put with this. I'm getting the BSOD quite frequently while gaming however it seems to only happen with more system demanding games. For example it seems to never happen while playing League of Legends, but when playing something like borderlands, sanctum, or even CS:GO its just a matter of time. After the blue screen it usually has trouble booting up properly again until thing cool off a bit. My guess is its something hardware related possibly the graphics card going as its fairly old.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Bueller here, two of your dumps are blaming the display driver (Different versions)

Code:
start end module name
fffff880`13e75000 fffff880`14ab6000 nvlddmkm T (no symbols)
    Loaded symbol image file: nvlddmkm.sys

Try a clean install of your display driver.

Your other two dumps are blaming Avast,

Code:
start end module name
fffff880`03ea8000 fffff880`03fa8000 aswSnx T (no symbols)
    Loaded symbol image file: aswSnx.SYS
    Image path: \SystemRoot\System32\Drivers\aswSnx.SYS
    Image name: aswSnx.SYS

    Translations: 0000.04b0 0000.04e4 0409.04b0 0409.04e4
Driver Reference Table - aswSnx.SYS

Strictly from a BSOD analysis, I would uninstall Avast,

AV Uninstallers

And Install Microsoft Security Essentials since it is proven not to cause BSOD's,

Microsoft Security Essentials - Microsoft Windows

Hey guys i thinking it may be an issue whit the ram. I ran a memory test but it froze in the middle of it. Before it froze it detected a hardware problem though. Is there anyway to identify which stick of ram is bad?
