new build worried please help

    new build worried please help


    hi built a new pc and it ran fine at first , then started blue screening and then was fine now back to crashing , seems to happen when i do certain things that require a lot of read write but i dont know that s why im on here i wouyld aprreciate ANY help thank you

    specs

    gtx 770
    MSI Computer Corp. Motherboard ATX DDR3 1333 LGA 1150 Motherboards Z87-G45 GAMING
    Samsung Electronics 840 EVO-Series 120GB
    Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO - CPU Cooler with 120mm PWM Fan (RR-212E-20PK-R2)
    i5 4670k
    ballistic 1866 ram underclocked to 1600 (thought it would help)
    cx 750m psu
    i also have hdd 1tb but not in use
    and windows 7 oem

    please let me know if i need to upload any more info

    1. Click Start
    2. In the search box, type cmd
    3. In the list that appears, right-click on cmd.exe and choose Run as administrator
    4. In the command window that opens, type chkdsk /R and hit enter.

    You will be prompted whether you wish to schedule a chkdsk scan at next startup, type 'Y' and hit enter. Now restart your computer and chkdsk will automatically run.

    hey thanks for the reply , i did that and havent blue screened since, is that wierd? should i upload another log file for you guys? anyways thanks ill report back if i get another which i feel lik i will

    hi i could not figure out how to pm you but i got another crash , hapepened when downloading assassins creed off uplay (pretty fast) thanks

    okay thank i will do that tomorrow but 1st should i not be running my entire system off a ssd and 2nd what happens if the ssd is bad will i lose my windows 7 and have to buy a new one i got the oem version ..thank you again

    -i can play games and do alot of stuff before bsod

    No, as long as you have the COA sticker with a legible product key, you do not have to purchase a new Windows 7....even if you replace the SSD.

    Your system is already installed on an SSD, so I'm not sure what you mean by "entire system off an SSD".
