When you pulled the mobo out did you check that there aren't extra mobo stand off's or any in the wrong position? You didn't over tighten any of the mobo screws?

Should i take out mobo, change standoffs, and dont tight the mobo screws? Like tight just a bit?

I'm more worried about the validity of the Windows 7 installation to be honest. You are using an ASUS OEM, on an apparent retail motherboard. When you built the system, what Windows version was originally installed to it?
