OK. Try this:

1. Uninstall all Catalyst Control Centre software and ATI drivers completely
2. Reboot and log in as normal
3. Run Windows Update - check optional updates for ATI drivers. Install them.
4. Go through these steps please:
Diagnosing basic problems with DirectX

Monitor system, and upload new BSOD's if they occur.

Another BSOD just occurred while I was viewing this thread

Same error. Video scheduler unexpected fatal error. Attached is the dmp file. I'll try following your recommendations now.

And another BSOD, but different error message.. "Attempt to reset the display driver and recover from timeout failed". This is getting really frustrating. I contemplated on doing a System Restore to before the problem started occuring, but somehow my restore points have been deleted from that time. I only have restore points from a week ago now

The situation has gone really bad now. The display would just go white/brown and hang during use. This happens almost once every day. There's no BSODs and errors reported when it happens, the display just hangs and I'm forced to forcefully shut the PC down. What's the problem? :/

Anyway, here's the dump for the latest BSOD. This one is alot bigger than the normal dumps, so hopefully there's some useful information there.
