Windows 7 Start Up Issues and Blue Screen

    EDIT: Uploaded SF Diagnostic File

    Greetings,

Recently I have been experiencing start up issues. The Windows 7 login screen comes up as normal. Once I actually log in, I get the normal load screen with a message saying "Preparing Your Desktop". The message is not normal for my PC. Once the desktop comes up, the taskbar is there and the Recycle Bin is there; however, all of my programs are gone and the taskbar looks like the "safe mode" taskbar. There is a pop up message saying something about Windows services could not be connected(?). If I restart the PC, the Windows desktop loads normally and all of my programs are there and everything else looks normal. This happens almost every time I start my PC. I have run error-checking and no errors came up.

Also, last night for the first time, I received the Blue Screen of Death. The Blue Screen stayed up for a bit and the PC restarted. This is when I ran the error-checking during another restart. No errors came up.

Below is my system specs and a message about the Blue Screen:

Hello Victus, and welcome to Seven Forums.

Please read the instructions here: Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) Posting Instructions, and post back with the needed information. One of our BSOD experts should be by later when able to further help. :)
