As per the uploaded zip, the latest BSOD is of 16/02.

Hi,
thanks for the answer.
I did run the SF_Diagnostic_Tool.exe as an administator with a right click from my user session .
What can I do to get the last dump then?

It collected the last dump, that is included in the zip, dated 16/02/2014.

ok, thank you for the answer but what can I do then to post the information related to the fourth BSOD's I got yesterday if the tool SF_Diagnostic_Tool can't catch them?

If it is unrecorded BSOD, then and only then the SF diag tool will not be able to extract the crash dump.

If you notice another BSOD, can you take a camera snap of it?

Hi, I had 2 crashes this week.
There is a pic as there is no trace in the dumpfile folder.

BSOD Randomely Happening on Laptop
Running a Toshiba laptop approx 2 years old. It's a 2ghz dual core with 2gb ram. Was running Win XP Pro which came pre installed from factory but BSOD was happening at random times and regularly. Updated with a fresh install of Windows 7 Ultimate 32 bit and installed AVG AV and Office 2007....
