BAD_POOL_HEADER BSOD from Firefox portable 27.0.1 from removable drive
Whenever I launch Firefox Portable v27.0.1 (from PortableApps.com) from a removable SATA-III drive, I get a BSOD with description "BAD_POOL_HEADER", with Bug Check Code = 0x00000019.
This is a week-old Windows 7 Pro 64-bit SP1 installation, with all the most recent Windows Updates, on my new home-built desktop. (See system specs)
Everything runs fine from the main system disk, but Firefox Portable on the removable drive fails. The few other apps I've tried on the removable drive seem to work fine, but I haven't tried very many.
I've run Raxco's PerfectUpdater to check and update all drivers, and now it says there are no newer drivers.
BlueScreenView points to avgntflt.sys, which is part of my Avira AntiVirus suite, but the last time it blamed a USB driver, so it kinda looks like the culprit isn't always the same.
