BSOD while installing Windows 7 x64

    Hello,

I've been struggling with a mysterious BSOD case for a month now and I need the community's help.

I built my new PC two months ago and it has been running just fine for one month.

A month ago I experienced my first BSOD while playing Battlefield 4 (I don't have the error codes, sorry). After that Windows on normal mode could not run more than 5 mins without BSODing. It was running just fine on safe mode.

I tried to track down the issue the usual way, gave up and decided to go for a fresh Windows install. It is when the actual issues began.

Since then I have BSODs when installing Windows. It mainly arrives during the loading page but may happen later, when the installation actually begins.

    What I did:
    - Swapped all components (MB, RAM, GC, even PSU) without effect. The only thing that was not tested is the CPU.
    - disconnected everything but one CG, one RAM module, without effect.
    - I underclocked the RAM without effect
    - I created Windows 7 Flash bootable UEFI and non UEFI drives based on brand new Windows 7 x64 ISOs and even a Windows 8 x64 one, without any success.

    Few hints:
    - Memtest is working just fine
    - I tested the CPU with GIMPS and it is working just fine
    - I managed to install Windows 7 32 bits
    - I managed to install Ubuntu x64
    - The PCIE SSD is a bit tricky to handle but is not the root cause as it is not working without it
    - I am not using any fancy RAID configuration

Any help will be appreciated, I am running out of ideas,

    Tibo

Well I don't have Windows at the moment, so I can't use your tool. I will try to re install Win 7 32, run your tool and see if he collects anything while installing Win 7 64.

    All,

After few search on the internet I figured out that the pb may come from the processor. Had it changed, and it is working.

    Thanks for the help.
