Nite to you too.
Make a system restore point, now.
I think that you must fully uninstall the old driver (or remnants)
Why does a BSOD (Blue Screen of Death) occur during or immediately after installation of the AMD graphics driver?
To do this make sure that you followed these instructions
http://support.amd.com/en-us/kb-arti...csDrivers.aspx
If things still do not work try with the free driver sweeper. It fully removes driver remnants).

Updates are usually drivers. I think this has a good chance of success
If this does not work, go back with a system restore to the good times.
If its not broken lets not fix it.
Although, initially it appeared to me to be hardware, I am beginning to think in terms remnants of the prior installation.

Hi, so i ran that all night and all day, just got to 7 passes before bedtime and all is good, no errors
I will try your next idea tomorrow as its late now. I will post back my results.
Thanks again, Rich.
Take your time. The BSODS are hard to resolve. I think it is too much of a coincidence, however, that your problem, began with the update.
Yer me too Rich, i couldnt sleep so i have uninstalled ALL AMD software, rebooted, i then deleted ALL AMD / ATI registry values, rebooted and reinstalled AMD CCC with drivers.....I will now monitor what happens and hopefully no more BSoD
