    BSOD when playing YouTube videos

Hi All, thanks in advance for your help

I have a brand new pc, Haven't had any issues with it even playing new higher end games like Thief.

But I have got a BSOD twice now, and they both occurred under the same circumstances.

When watching a video on youtube (this dosnt happen 99.9% of the time) I might pause the video. then press play not long after. the computer freezes up, sound gets suck playing the last sound it was playing
and instantly the BSOD screen comes up saying its going to restart in a moment. the first code i got was 0xa0000001 . I wasn't able to write down the second code in time.

My first though was that it was something to do with flash player, but now my inclining makes me feel its something to do with my graphics driver. But im really not sure so here i am asking for kindly help :)

I'm no expert, but I try to disable the use of hardware in the flash player. Just to see if that can solve the problem for now.

If that works, great. Until an expert comes to give a complete solution to the problem.

Not an expert either but I can see the bugcheck is occurring in the atikmdag.sys driver. If you can update this driver then I would go that route. I would also suggest running a few tools to stress test the video chipset as well as main system memory.

So i checked what drivers were upto date and everything was except for:

    Realtek high definition audio
intel 8 series/c220 chipset family Sata AHCI controller
    Intel Ethernet connection i217-V

i have updated them all except i cant find a driver for intel 8 series/c220 chipset family Sata AHCI controller.
I found a driver for it but its still saying its out of date even know it was released last month.

and in regards to the atikmdag.sys, googling tells me its something to do with nearly all the ATI drivers, even the newer ones. I have double checked that the driver is up to date.
and there are many many different solutions/suggestions for this BOSD caused by atikmdag.sys. however some are so different ill just wait for an expert reply before i start changing things.
