BSOD 0x0a sometimes while logging in other while working on vegas

hello guys
i ran the verifier and removed daemon as a direct result from that. it got quiet for a while and then it started again.
the bosd on ntoskrnl.exe doesnt seems memory related (ran memtest with two passes, no errors)

also ran chkdsk /r on both system and data drives.

the sfc scan shows files as "unable to repair"

Uninstall Norton completely and replace it with MSE. Monitor system. If more BSOD's occur, only upload the newest .dmp file.
